So, I have been trying to set daily goals for myself. Here are some ideas:
Do 150 squats
Shadow box for 5 minutes (twice)
Drink 64 oz of water
Try a new recipe that is 400 cals or less per serving
Walk for at least 30 minutes
500 jumping jacks
50-100 push ups
Write down 3 things you love about yourself
Not eating after 7PM
Just some suggestions. Hope you are all sticking with it!
